Rise Up' doesn't plan on being a one-hit wonder, or a Colombo centric project. Our team is well aware that the bubble created in urban areas is far from the reality that most rural Sri Lankans face.
But that doesn't have to be the case. A genuine shift in mindset centered around happiness will be the pivotal missing piece in addressing Sri Lanka's defeatist attitude, particularly among the youth.
Our Model for Change
We are strategically targeting five key sectors to actively engage with the youth demographic: Entertainment, Environment, Education, Sports, and Entrepreneurship. Within these pivotal sectors, we will implement targeted projects designed to facilitate youth upskilling and mobilize necessary funds. Our success will be defined by the achievement of an ideological transformation among the progressive youth of Sri Lanka. The aim is to instill the belief that success and happiness can be obtained within the borders of our own nation.
Our Impact
We believe in the power of ideas and motivation. But it doesn't stop there. This website and our social media channels will be taylored to focus upskilling the youth, identifying strengths, pushing opportunities to reignite the youth spirit. Our impact is not the a select few, but to all youth that want to live a happier a life in this wonderful country we call home.
